Start Where You Are

Hey there, happy new week.

If you’re listening to this podcast then you may be/probably are interested in personal or spiritual development.

That arena has exploded in the last decade which is absolutely wonderful and can be very overwhelming at the same time. Where to start, who to follow, what podcasts to listen to, what books to read? All the questions.

My journey in what I love to call, personal expansion, is long and chequered. There was a whole decade where I didn’t pick up a book but over the last 3 years I’ve been deep diving into many different avenues of information.

I do this because I love it.

But that’s me. I’m not everyone.

Which is why I wanted to record this episode to encourage you to start where you are. Small steps. No comparison. No pressure. Just go with the flow and be curious about what comes across your path.

Personal expansion is personal.

We are unique individuals with completely unique lenses and perceptions of life. 

It’s definitely not a one size fits all situation.

So if you are curious about your own personal expansion, if you want to make changes in your life, follow your own intuition and guidance. 

Start small and slow.

And start where you are.
