Take Me As I Am - An Introduction (May 2025 )
REINVENTION TIME
Another twist in my podcast life. I'd like to introduce you to 'Take Me As I Am', the next season of my podcast & my life. We have been off the air for 12 months, in which time my divorce settled and I fell in love with living freely again, including a newer version of me.
I have been through the wringer over the years but always bounce up, sometimes wiser and other times not so much. This one, the divorce bump, was one of my biggest learnings, especially about fairness, integrity and money.
I will show up here, warts and all, open, transparent and authentic ready to share what I'm learning so that you might have a smoother way in your own life. If you have questions, then flick me a message. 🥰
I'm an action oriented manifesting generator so I made the decision, recorded an intro and changed the name within a few hours. New artwork will follow. 😁
Much love to you on this bumpy life.
All swearing, farting, goofy, full of love human mother.

It Took Me & Jane Fonda 50 Years to Return to Our Bodies
Trigger warning. Sexual assault & suicide are referenced in this episode.
Here you are again my friend. 💜
I hope this finds you well.
Last Friday a friend of mine recommended a podcast episode featuring Jane Fonda. She was a guest on the podcast, We Can Do Hard Things with Glennon, Abby & Amanda.
I’ve now listened to that episode 3 times. It was so close to my heart and helped me understand my relationship with my body to a deeper level.
Jane, who is turning 85 in a couple of weeks, was so honest and transparent as she talked about the suicide of her mother, experiencing sexual assault as a child and especially how it all affected her relationships.
I felt like she had opened her mouth and told my story and it brought me so much peace. To better understand the relationship I have with my body feels good, it feels clearer and it feels more empowering.
If you’re keen to hear the original episode with Glennon & Jane, check it out on Spotify here.
Jane and I spent 50 years disconnected from our beautiful bodies, and it sucked. I am still working on being in my body and less in my mind, but its definitely a work in progress.
I don’t want that for you.
Start an embodiment practice for yourself.
Your body has all the answers.
Enjoy the episode.
